Very impressive hotel. Large clean rooms. Amazing outdoor areas. Very close to airport, but not much else nearby. Free shuttle to airport, main shopping area, and temple.

Nice relaxing hotel with a charm that does not feel like a large chain hotel. Get the club room for great breakfast and cocktail hours. Excellent service.

everything about the stay was great except the dampness in the room. however they did do a bit of aroma therapy to get rid of it. But i would have appreciated if they aired the room well enough before our arrival.

Our first encounter with Sheraton came moments after I sent a request for a free airport shuttle service. The prompt and pleasant email reply gave me the confidence that I had picked the right 'home' for our 3 nights in Yogyakarta. This was followed by a friendly, professional pick up service at the airport upon arrival and followed through right to check in and our stay. However... and there is always one... the let down was the noticeable wear and tear of what must have once been a superb 5-star property, especially so in the guest room. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff and price point made up for the less than pleasing amenities. This 'old lady' is still great value for money if you value service above all else. Oh... the fitness centre is well equipped and decent. Overall I will still give it a thumbs up.
