I like the location, the staff was nice & very helpful.

Over all the rooms were nice but something was wrong with the toilet, & the stove didn't really get hot. The TV was ok but was tripping at times, but the staff fixed everything.

Very clean. Very accommodating. Everything was exactly as advertised, including price. Great staff.

Could’ve put different sheets on the bed instead of leaving them on stained, the tub didn’t looked cleaned

Stephen had exceptional customer service, he saw even slight dissatisfaction with our room and upgraded us to an even more comforting stay, thank you Stephen!

Hotel is under a LOT of renovations, but I know once he’s finished, it’ll be amazing!

The manager was great and super awesome

I was given the wrong room from what I booked. I was going to just keep the king bed and not say anything until I noticed springs were broken on one side and it was sunk in. The desk clerk just told me we don’t have any other rooms. My stay was for two nights I ended up running to the Walmart across the street to get Clorox wipes to clean the toilet seat just to use it. The bathtub had hair as well as the floor The bathroom wall had paint missing, mold on wood they attempted to fix it with. There was roaches in the card on the door with pricing for the rooms. In the bathroom i killed two and one on the wall. There was food on the walls. The worst part was the roach feces all over the closet walls and cabinets. They have it listed as renovated my room clearly wasn’t.

The Staff was really helpful in making my stay nice. the manager he was nice I think his name was David [ tall white guy with glasses. when He knew I was having problems, he jump right on it . Thank you
