The only thing that was good is the pool

The room had a lot of bed bugs coming out of one of the beds at 9pm

Walls falling apart, entertainment center was broken, refrigerator was broke and held together with camo tape, popcorn ceiling coming off and missing in some parts, ceiling had water damage, pool had green tint to it, got a king bed wasnt comfy, internet sucked cabel was held together with tape had to wedge between wall and TV entertainment center to get even a decent picture, got a jacuzzi tube room and jacuzzi tub was kinda dirty and falling apart, tolet wouldnt stop running, ice machine broken on first floor

There was nothing like able at all. I had to go to the front desk more then I would have liked to, it was dirty, felt unwelcoming and I wish I could have got a refund so I didn’t have to say. It was the worse

The room was disgusting, not even just one room, both rooms I had to ask for a new one. The service was not terrible but not the greatest. I had to ask for new towels, because they were dirty. Also, I had to ask them why my room key was not working the next day! The room was dirty, old, and not the best. I wouldn’t have stayed but I couldn’t get a refund

Do not stay in/@ this nasty, disgusting, & infested place. They don't clean they rooms. They have roaches & trash 🗑 all over the rooms. They curtains look like a murder scene happening, blood splattered on them. They change your reservations & charge you by the our. The heater is full of none breathable stuff. Floors haven't been clean since 1900s.When Days Inn & Suites in Madison Heights, MI nightly rate was $124.24 a night? Horrible customer service & rude front desk attendant. This place should be shut down & under new management (either or). DO NOT STAY HERE!!! (sleep in your car or stay home).

I didn't end up staying. They did not have the room that I requested and the boy atvthe desk was a very rude

Everything. Outdated rooms, bloody sheets, bed bugs with bed bug waste, room was very clearly not cleaned, vacuumed or sanitized.

Not clean bugs were in the refrigerator 😭 condom wraps on the side of the bed smh
