the staff was not helpful it took me 3 hours to check-in because they kept showing rooms to people that where saying they where dirty and had bugs I left the same night had to clean my room and I woke up to begs biting me instantly asked for a refund was only refunded one night and I didn’t even stay 10 hours there, worst hotel I tried to stay at staff are helpful to there extent and are I was told if I didn’t like it get a refund and leave on arrival, thing is they can only refund one day if you buy online and that refund takes up to 15 days I was givin A vacuum and told I could clean to my liking after seeing bugs clear as day as me and the supervisor checked multiple rooms that had trash on the floor and where dirty I have videos as well Another thing on arrival I witnessed two people check out because of how bad the rooms where and they both bought the room the same day as me they have two sides one they keep clean that had all the deluxe rooms and the other which is the right side when entering zero stars never again and when I showed him the video of the bugs he didn’t believe me and almost excused me from the premises

The rooms were horrible condition. There were stains on the bedding, paint flaking from the walls, bugs crawling on the floor under by the beds. And there was a very strange potent smell in the rooms and the entire 2nd floor hallway.

Dirty and I killed two roaches do I need to say more?

Not so good don’t look anything like the photos it’s dirty and infested with roaches. Pool room was disgustingly dirty the floor tables and even the pool my kids were disgusted, asked why u bring us to this dump. We checked out as soon as we seen the roach crawling inside a picture hanging on the wall.

Staff had a poor attitude and I didn’t make it to the room because of another dissatisfied guest. Dead bugs in the lobby as well as mold and crackheads outside of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly

The room that was booked for us, I’m sure it was cleaned but it didn’t feel clean, then the main light in the room wasn’t working, the heater/ac in the room was VERY loud when it was kicking on/off seems like it needs to be replaced. I don’t think housekeeping came to our room at all while we were out, didn’t get fresh towels-had to go to the desk to ask for more towels. And a warning would of been nice that our room was right by the pool, when you’re trying to sleep after a long drive-it’s hard to do that when you hear kids screaming/splashing around in the pool.

The bathtub needs repair had to shower standing in water because the pull up for the shower head to switch from bath to shower wouldn't pull up all the way. The sliding door handle was broken so it was difficult to open and close the sliding door. The pool room was dirty.
