Reservations for Beauty Treatments for Solas Spa at the Edinburgh Marriott must be made in advance of arrival to ensure availability. Inquiries made after arrival cannot be guaranteed a time slot. Please note that Solas Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Dogs are welcome and T&C's apply. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. An anti-allergy deep cleaning fee of £30 for 1 dog and £50 for 2 dogs will apply. For stays longer than 7 days, there will be additional weekly fee of £50. Not all rates include breakfast. If you book a breakfast inclusive rate, breakfast is offered for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12 years old. Parking controls are in operation. The location suited our purposes

The breakfast was poor. There were no tables ready, all empty ones had been used. The bread selection was very limited and only appeared to be processed white. Not good enough.

"I expected more for what I paid."

Location and staff were very good.

I thought the room was tired looking. The shower over the bath was a problem, and an injury risk. Surely by now, a refurbishment woud be better with a walk in shower. Also by the end of my stay the water wasn't flowing very well out of the shower head as there must have been a split in the tubing.

Nice swimming pool. I was only passing through and had to leave before 6am, however the hotel provided a packed breakfast for me.
