Garner Hotel Pigeon Forge Downtown by IHG

Everything was well.

I had no issues or dislikes.

The evening we arrived we had a flood in the apartment (water running from the shower all the way to the bed in the main room) and we had to move to another room. After that the cleaner started vacuming the hallway and didn’t stop until 11pm, even though few of us complained about the noise. We saw somebody elses loose hair in the bathroom. The heater had a very bad temperature control, we were freezing at night even though we put the temperature up, but the heater was shuting down throughout the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing.

Arrived at desk clerk was nowhere to be found for at least 20 minutes. Parking lot was horrible. Hallway was dim and people sitting in rooms with doors open, gave us a creepy feeling immediately. Room was extremely small, beds had no comforters, sheets had holes and stains and floor was sticky. We didn't even unload our luggage cart and let front desk know we were not staying to check us out in the system, which she refused to do. I asked for something to prove we were not occupying the room for the two days and she refused. I did call booking to make them aware of the situation also.

Parking

Nothing wasn’t there 20 mins could not park anywhere the beds were very nasty! Rat poop in the beds the pillows were stained brown.
