"I wouldn’t stay here again. the staff were very rude and unhelpful. The room we were staying in was unclean and the air"

it’s visually appealing, but the management were extremely hostile and rude when we spoke with them about issues in our room.

-hostile & rude management -issues weren’t resolved (squeaky shower, unclean room, no parking, breakfast juice was out of order, etc) -misleading photos (hotel room was extremely small) -management attempted to kick us out on our second night with no refund once we spoke with her about the issues that were occurring.

"Great Value but could use a little sprucing up."

The breakfast was good and nice that there is coffee service 24 hours.

The bed linens need to be replaced, found stains. The snacks for purchase are cash only which is not accommodating at all.

"Not a comfortable stay. Will not return there when traveling again"

Hotel was clean.

The layout of the rooms were not comfortable. Things were run down like the ac and it made a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. We had a very noisy family next to us and when we asked for accommodations or a resolution to the issue staff did not care and did not try to come up with a resolution. All they did was call the family and repeat our complaint that they were trying to calm their children down

Room wasn’t cleaned daily and beds were thrown together notably. The sheets were found dirty and never changed. Very disappointing.
