Quality Inn Arcola

Not alot for breakfast but we weren't there for that. There are places very close by that have more for food. Quiet and clean & affordable. Definitely will rebook when in the area.

Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.

The room was clean, but it was very hot and the air conditioner was SO loud that you couldn't sleep. The pool is non-functioning and there is only one ice machine...on the bottom floor. No elevator. Easy to get in and out of.

I had booked there because they had an outdoor pool. I was disappointed to find out it was CLOSED. Also we ate breakfast at 9 a.m. and there was no fresh coffee left there or made. Other than those things, our stay was comfortable.

Great Hotel, Clean and good area close to interstate.

Hostess helped us get the TV to work properly

It was a good location for what we wanted to do.

They advertise they have a pool and they don’t. I chose this hotel and paid more than another one because of it and it looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. They also advertise hot breakfast and the only hot item they have is waffles you make. I had forgotten my nieces pad and called to see if I left it in the parking lot. I knew you couldn’t see it from the desk so I let her know she can check and call me back. She didn’t leave the phone and said it wasn’t there. It was luckily on the way home so we decided to stop there after the activity, it was in the parking lot.
