The middle of the tub floor had a hole , like a heavier person’s heel went through it. The towel rack was coming off the wall. There were 2 almost empty rolls of toilet paper but no replacement. I told the guy at the front desk about the tub and he said sorry. This couldn’t have been the first time this was reported
