Hotel was very comfortable with good facilities and very friendly, welcoming staff. Located centrally in downtown Toronto close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The entrance to the hotel was a little hidden from the road making it difficult to find at first. Once I knew where it was though this was kind of a nice thing too!

Housekeeping kept prepping the room for 2 although there were 3 staying so we needed to ring for extra towels each day. Minor issue, stay was great and staff delivered towels promptly. Another minor point - room was a little cluttered with 2 lounge chairs that meant there wasn't a lot of room for opening large luggage.
