Days Inn by Wyndham El Reno

This was a one night stay on our road trip, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Credit card was charged for room, I had to show them we paid thru Hotels.com, and if still on card i will dispute.

Room was clean and serviceable. Tub stopper was missing but this is common in a lot of motels. Appreciate pet friendly.

True example of you get what you pay for. Linens were tissue paper thin. Bed was hard. Pillows were tiny. Room was small but functional. Did not use breakfast coupon. Coffee was like colored water. The check in process was smooth and they accepted my dog. The area appears less than desirable. Spend the extra bucks and go elsewhere.

A/c unit in the first room they gave me didn't work. Second room worked but the TV remote didn't work. Worst of all the mattress was broken. I had to sleep on one side because if I tried to sleep on the other, I would have fallen off.

It was ok for an overnight stay for the price but I wouldn't stay there again.

they charged my card like 3 times... took them like 3 days to credit my card back... asked for more b towels... never got them..

The check-in experience was not pleasant. I felt I was an item that just needed to be checked off a list, not a person. The entire property was filthy, I understand that a renovation was going on, but dirt and trash all over the property isn't necessary. There was so much dirt, debris and trash in the walkway where there was supposed to be vending - what a joke: the machines were unplugged and empty - I was shocked to see trash everywhere, including behind the machines. The room was unbelievably dirty. There was not one piece of bathroom or bed linen that wasn't stained, torn or worn out. Also the bathroom linen was a disgusting yellow-gray color. The shower curtain looked like it wasn't laundered in a year. The shower, toilet and sink were dirty - hair everywhere. The coffee maker had hair in the brew basket, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. The clock did not work. There were a number of dubious persons hanging around. In the morning, the free breakfast was simply awful. Five of the people having breakfast were Housekeeping staff. Nice to provide breakfast for this hardworking team, but it would have been more appropriate to have them take their breakfast to a break room. The sausage gravy had a vinegary taste - took one bite and threw the rest away. My grandson could only part of a waffle as he said it tasted sour. Milk was offered in a pitcher rather than small individual cartons. Who would drink milk from an unknown origin? Would never stay at Days Inn again
