"Bad customer service"

Front desk was rude told us we didn’t pay when we showed all receipts three booking everything was already paid! Said they had to run my card again or we couldn’t stay! Took over an hr to get things straight

Staff worked well to fill my needs with a ground floor.

The hallways smelled like wet dog. The light fixtures in the room were hanging off the wall and didn't work. The shower stall was brown and dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Toilet was so low myself and wife had a very hard time getting down to it and more problems getting up, as there were NO grab rails any place in the shower area or the in the bathroom.

"Do not stay there."

Our room was disgusting. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom had three places of rot from standing water and the shower had multiple spots of mold.

"Very good"

A clean room at a budget friendly price . AC worked and the bed was comfortable . All we needed was a place to rest and sleep for the night , this hotel met those requirements .

Some of the guests appeared a little sketchy , but maybe they say the same thing about me .
