The price.

There was a roach in the room. Maid staff woke me up screaming and pounding on my door. I am a single woman traveling alone...at one point I woke up ...and there was a man standing in my room. All this happened even though I had paid for two more nights online and confirmed it with the night auditor. There was not an inside chain or bolt to lock the door. This was very scary for a single woman traveling alone and hundreds of miles from home.

Very disappointed I will never get another room here sheets dirty and shower is nasty and there roaches! I am scared to sleep

The comforters are old. Got cigarette Burns in it. It was never washed. Had a smell. Dirty socks found under the sink from the previous person that rated the room. That I had to throw out into the hallway. The lamp by the chair. The plug was missing couldn't plug it in. Popcorn and trash found behind the TV.

Staff here is excellent. They made us feel very welcome. However the cleanliness of the property outside was hoŕrible. There was trash all over the property. The cleanliness of the room was neat and orderly but still slightly dirty. The floors need a good deep clean.
