Will not be staying here or booking with Expedia again. Booked a suite but they didn’t have one. Room was plain and clean but bare minimum on extras. No telephone. Asked about refund and that was a laugh. Once bitten lesson learned

The check in was terrible, but it was not the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. The “virtual card” that Expedia provided to the hotel kept saying insufficient funds. I couldn’t cancel or check in ether one. Had to call at least 5 different numbers to finally get ahold of a person that was not AI. Took a hour and a half to get checked in.

The breakfast closed before I got downstairs. My fault for not paying attention. Shower was great.

I had not realized it was a motel. I just had knee surgery and it was difficult to manage the stairs. Property smelled like cat piss.

Location

Staff has no idea what it is going on. They do not know how to properly check people in, they will keep coming to your room to see why you’re in there. Pillows are tiny on beds, water pressure sucks, breakfast is eh, not worth the price. They say they remodeled, they put a clean diaper on a dirty ass.
