Best Western University Inn

The breakfast staff were very kind and helpful despite the numerous people overrunning the area. The hotel was adequate to sleep in and stay briefly, but the facilities were not fresh and new.

Property is near the university. Breakfast was ok. Mattress was very uncomfortable and old.

Staff was great. The beds were comfy and the bathtub was huge. I'm tall so I definitely appreciated it.

Didn't know construction was going on. I thought it was a noisy upstairs person but was told it was someone working on the room behind ours. Work ended at 9pm so it was cool. I also didn't like that the curtain didn't completely block the outside. I pretty much pulled it over the doorknob. The door didn't feel secure enough for me. It closed but not tightly. I made it work though.

After Reno & update, will be more attractive to compete with properties across the street. Room lighting was poor.

I did not loke the outside entrance to the rooms. That surprised me and not in a good way

Up and out before breakfast.

No place to charge your boat even though I was told there was.
