This “hotel” is a run down extended stay with very unsavory looking people milling about. I pulled in the lot and right back out. I didn’t feel safe staying here. The photos look nice but are very misleading.

No toilet paper. TV didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable bed

A C worked well.

The tub was awful dirty looking, the TV was not good, antiquated furniture, and broken mirrors, and just not very inviting.

Location good. Bedsheet no clean. Asked for new one and extra set of towels. Never brought so we made due. Would not stay here again.

My friend and I obtained our room key from the front desk early the afternoon of June 6. We put our suitcases and food in Room 326 and immediately left. We returned about 10:00 p.m. I went to use the toliet; the room with the toilet and “shower” was completely covered in mold. The “tub” was an old disassembled Jacuzzi tub. Mold covered all the tub openings. Ceiling completely covered by mold, as was most of the three walls. I returned to the office and said we could not stay with all that mold and I wanted my money back. I was told that since I hadn’t rejected the room in the first 10 minutes I had the key there would be no refund. We had to leave at 10:00 at night and arrived back in Wendell about midnight. I will probably never use Hotels.com again. I've stopped payment on my AMEX charge as well. The place is a health hazard and should be reported to a licensing department.
