The smoke cigarettes was terrible even if I had room 106 non smoking The property was very very unclean. The only thing o like was the location

I don’t like the itchy sheets, the fridge was not working ,old and dusky everywhere. This place show be a $60 motel . The one is a cross the street is $100 . $5 more dollars difference and is very very clean Baymont by Wyndham Eden

Our “non-smoking” rooms reeked of cigarettes. Our daughter and her husband had to leave after a half hour to drive home all night because of her allergies, so they never even stayed in the extra room we rented.

The first room smelled bad and had plumbing issues in the tub, toilet and sink. The second room had dirty sheets and holes in the sheets. Left the hotel after that.

Clean the rooms. Use good sheets on the bed.

I mistakenly booked a room for a date four weeks later than intended. Upon arrival, the hotel was able to accommodate us for that night, but the experience was disappointing. The room had a strong air freshener smell clearly intended to mask smoke odor, despite it being a non-smoking room. We ended up purchasing our own sheets and comforter from Walmart to feel comfortable sleeping there. The next day, I called Booking.com to cancel the incorrect future reservation. I was informed that only the hotel manager could approve the cancellation. I have called the hotel four times and spoken with a staff member named Christal, who promised the manager would return my call—but I have yet to hear back. I plan to dispute the upcoming charges if the issue remains unresolved. This experience has shown me that Booking.com offers no real support once a booking is made. I would caution others: if there’s a problem, you’re on your own.

Room clean

Bedding including cover, blanket, fitted and standard sheets had cigarette burn holes, maintenance man gave me new cover and blanket that were not damaged. When I went to let the front desk know of the situation. She informed me that because of it being a smoking room was why items were that way, she then called the maintenance man or head of housekeeping who stepped up and took care of the problem. He informed me of the hotel policy. But felt not everyone checking into a smoking room were careless. Also room had a spa tub that didn't work.
