Terrific stay at the Hyatt Regency Wichita! Diana was exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient in meeting all the needs of my stay. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future!

"BE CAREFUL! Worst-Ever Hotel Experience: Unauthorized Check-Out and Refusal to Return Credits"

This is by far the most toxic hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property checked me out without my permission and repeatedly insisted it was my fault for “not showing up,” even though I explained multiple times that my flights were cancelled repeatedly—something completely outside of my control. They also promised to return the points to my account, yet the credits have still not been restored.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. We absolutely loved the views from the window.

Our room was a little on the small side. We booked the double queen bed with the river view.
