El conjunto general del hotel, creo que las 4 estrellas que tiene están justificadas, por sacar algún pero el servicio de limpieza es “mejorable” e intentar buscar un poco más de almacenamiento si tu estancia es larga armario de ropa realmente solo hay uno, pero por todo lo demás genial. Tienes cerca servicios básicos básicos como restauración, farmacias o supermercados sin duda repetiré pero en otra localidad

Ubicación, para ir al centro de la ciudad o cosas para ver tienes que coger coche ya que tienes que atravesar el puente no puedes desplazarte andando.

Localização , fácil de estacionar mesmo em frente numa zona comercial, depois para ir ao centro levei o carro até ao início da histórica Ponte Romana sobre o rio Guadiana, embora também desse para ir a pé. Os quartos também são bem espaçosos. Pequeno almoço razoável. Pessoal extremamente simpático e atencioso.

Tinha lá ficado há uns anos, quando pertencia ao grupo Meliá, na altura estava tudo excelente, desta vez, quero acreditar que apanhei o período de transição, com obras de renovação ainda em fase inicial, e talvez por isso não seja possível avaliar corretamente. O meu quarto estava claramente a necessitar de uma reforma, as cadeiras da piscina também, fiquei com a sensação que metade do hotel estaria mesmo fechado para obras.

Pequeno almoço, decoração do quarto, utililties, toalhas, funcionários.

Na reserva, havia a indicação de que a piscina estava fechada até dia 15 de junho. Ao preparar para o check-out, percebemos que estava aberta O quarto tinha pó (cabeceira da cama, espelho nas costas da cama e uma espécie de quadro junto à casa de banho). Também havia mosquitos.

La piscina es estupenda, las camas cómodas y la habitación amplia, el buffet también bastante bien

El agua se salía de la ducha y se inundaba todo el cuarto de baño y la cisterna estaba superdura y era díficil usarla
