Staff was nice.

lightbulb out in bathroom at check-in, no bar of soap at check-in. Overall just kind of shabby. I didn't expect brand-new, but everything is just somewhat rundown. Though non-smoking, room had that lysol/cigarette smoke smell, even with bare floor (no carpet.) Towels seemed clean enough, but were old and dingy.

It is always a good time and I enjoy talking to the owner

I think the parking could be better I had to walk from one end of the building to the other end I think the parking spots should be numbered with the room number.
