This motel is okay for a older one. I was there in the fall. No bugs yeah. Arby's was Kool.
Nice, comfortable and affordable.
The room smelled terrible. Not good. Continental breakfast was a joke. For 20.00 they could have doubled the selection of food for the guest.
Room was very clean besides a hair in the sink. However, our room had the smell of stale cigarettes. They have remodeled the rooms beautifully, but the smoke is probably embedded in the paint on the walls or in the damper in the bathroom. I woke up with irritated lungs, but I am very sensitive to smoke. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast: waffles, toast, oatmeal and biscuits and gravy and beverages. No coffee in the room, but there is a fridge and microwave. We stayed here because the other hotels were either booked or reviews were terrible. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had to due to the smoke smell but I’ve stayed in far worse hotels so I am giving this 4 stars. Owners were pleasant though on checkin.
Room wa not clean Found pills on bathrooms floor. Definitely need new towels. Was nothing special for tgat price. Breakfast was extremely slim pickings.

USPool advertised but not available. Bathroom door does not close. Rubber tub mat removed first day and not replaced. Clean and safe. Free breakfast very good. Staff cordial.
There is no coffee maker in the room and cold biscuits and gravy were served fire breakfast. This is not even an entry level hotel.
