We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last year.We were involved in a near fatal vehicle accident in which l sustained severe issues, two broken vertebrae and broken sternum which made sleeping in a bed flat on my back was quite painful. The first time after the accident l requested extra pillows to support me to sleep in a semi reclined position. Several visits following that, the front office staff already had extra pillows waiting for me.We highly 4ghis hotel.
