The cleanliness of the room and bathroom

Everyone was very professional

The breakfast was hot it was clean in there and it was better than expected

The way the front desk the gentleman I guess he claims the manager or whatever something had something got a hold to my foot my left foot while I was in there and I told him I could not walk up to the office whatever got me and my foot to where I could not even walk on it and it was very painful and he kept demanding and knocking on my door that I walk up there and fill out and sign papers where I paid with my credit card come to find out I had a bacteria that had gotten somehow in my foot and I had to go to the hospital and they were very rude

Location is very convenient to food outlets.

No deep cleaning of the rooms. There is dust everywhere. Customer service is not good.

Room was fairly clean except for the floor.

No smoke detector in room in violation of fire code. Staff was alerted and did not provide one.

It was really dirty, the room smelled like smoke after I requested a non-smoking room.

Location, comfortable bed, breakfast

Filthy, disgusting upholstered chair, dirt shower, floor not clean. I was so exhausted I just fell into bed and did not notice until the morning. I took photos and complained the next day to the front desk person because the manager was not there. I told her I took photos and to have the manager call me and they never did
