There was food in fridge from previous room occupant. Blood stain on top of one duvet. Sheets didn't feel clean. Slight grout or dirt on sheets of north beds. A small black hair in tub.

"Cancelation from Booking.com"

I never got to stay bking.com made my reservation got there you didn't allow pets. You said np and canceled for me even though it was pass 4. U told me to contact bking.com n they said it was up to the property to cancel so I wouldn't get charged. The front desk was great n I really thought she took care of the problem Could you please help me out

The location and breakfast

Microwave had spilt food in it from last guest,room was not cleaned. Staff didn't even offer to add rewards points to my choice account. The lamps by the bed weren't working at all. Had to charge my phone near TV. Remote wasn't working. Good thing we didn't want to watch TV
