Dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej dzielnicy, do plaży 15mim spacerkiem wygodną ścieżką. Do centrum daleko,ale przy hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy i można wygodnie dojechać i wrócić. Pokój był przestronny,wygodne,łóżka na korytarzu ogólnie dostępny aneks kuchenny. Bardzo miły personel i bardzo dobre śniadania w formie bufetu.

Wszystko co było potrzebne, było.

Nie ma co grymasić.

The room was quite bigger than we expected. Interned with a great speed. The internet speed was excellent. We appreciated having our own fridge in the room, which not everyone had. Having a common kitchen area with a microwave and cutlery is also nice. Supermarkets are quite close. The price is affordable.

The personnel were difficult to deal with. Despite our booking specifying an arrival time, we arrived just 30 minutes later, but the reception was closed and no one answered the doorbell. The reception was supposed to be open from 4 PM to 8 PM, and we arrived at 4:30 PM. When we called the number on the door, the woman only spoke Polish, which was a challenge since we don’t speak the language. After 5 minutes "talking" she understood we had to check it today (like it was a surprise). More than that, she requested an extra fee IN CASH, ZLOTY ONLY, while booking.com indicating that we had already paid everything. I did not see this "amazing" breakfast, which was promised with the booking, but it was decent. There were frozen supermarket pierogi and occasionally hot sandwiches, but the selection was limited. The choice is good, but only if you come early, since there is definitely not enough for all the tourists. On the first day we came at 10ish and found only remnants, on another day my partner could come only after 10:30 and I had to "steal" food for him, since I knew there will be nothing left. Quite a long walk to the beach, but doable. To reach the city center you have to take a bus. The room cleanliness was lacking; I kept finding someone's nails, hair, there was dust on shelves and someone's chips under the bed. It was also quite loud because of the road next to the house and the curtains were not saving from the light at 5 am. The veranda which you can see on the pictures, was not available. Seems like it was only for personnel or people who lived on that floor.

Defekte Fenster, im Bad waren die Haken zum aufhängen der Handtücher abgebrochen. Der Kleiderschrank hatte keine Fächer zum ablegen von z.B. T-Shirts und es waren gerate mal vier Bügel für zwei Personen. Ein Flachbild TV war zwar wie angesagt vorhanden aber es gab nur polnische Sender.

Miasto Kołobrzeg - bardzo lubię. Czysty pokój. Ładne korytarze w pensjonacie. Dobra lokalizacja pensjonatu.

W ofercie był pokój z balkonem, w rzeczywistości bez, W ofercie miałam możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania od 12:00, przybyłam około 14:00. Pani właścicielka powiedziała, że meldunek jest od 16:00, żebym poszła na spacer, że każdy ma meldunek w cenie, że booking zawsze tak pisze, a z nią nikt tego nie uzgadniał. Ostatecznie dostałam klucz do pokoju Posiłki przeciętne - nieświeże pieczywo, bułki odmrażane w mikrofalówce, z komentarzem Pani gospodyni: świeże bułeczki prosto z pieca ( na zewnątrz ciepłe, w środku zimne) pierogi te same podawane przez kilka dni, wszechobecne parówki, bufet nie uzupełniany na bieżąco, zdarzały się sytuacje " to pierwszy ten lepszy". Dezinformacja odnośnie godzin wydzwania posiłków. Wszędzie zamontowane kamery - człowiek ma poczucie, że jest ciągle podglądany, pokój który dostałam przedzielony od innego drzwiami przez co wszystko było słychać co robią sąsiedzi, każde słowo.. Kiepsko oświetlony pokój i łazienka Aneks kuchenny nie sprzątany na bieżąco. W stosunku do jakości zbyt wygórowana cena.
