La recepción muy lejos de la entrada, el hotel es bastante grande y el recorrido con maleta desde la habitación es largo y con el clima de Barranquilla se hace más largo. Los meseros de la piscina demorados, la comida viene desde una cocina lejana y no llega caliente, pedí una mojarra a la brasa y parecía era al vapor nada de brasa, la envuelven en papel de aluminio y no le deja entrar el sabor a brasa además de robarle la piel, mala técnica, no hay comida típica en la carta como un mote de queso, los cocteles bien simples.

Muy buena ubicación, hotel estilo colonial piscina, zona de coctelería muchos servicios, personal super atento, desayuno rico y abundante, hotel precioso si te gusta el estilo.

La noche que llegamos estaba previsto un matrimonio y otra celebración lo que generaba bastante ruido. Aunque nos han dado tapones para los oídos de cortesía, lo lógico hubiese sido advertir de los eventos y dar la opción de reubicarnos en otra parte dell hotel. Por otra parte nuestra habitación estaba separada de la contigua por una puerta de madera por lo que se escuchaba todo, tanto es así que se olvidaron el despertador encendido y hemos tenido que avisar para que lo apagasen porque era imposible dormir.

Horrible. El desayuno una porquería, sucio, desacomodado, las mesas sin limpiar. El aire acondicionado viejo y un ruido impresionante. Toallas viejas. Tenía dos noches y solo pasé la primera al otro día me cambie de hotel. Colombia se destaca por la limpieza, simpatía, amabilidad etc. no es el caso en este hotel.
