las instalaciones son hermosas, las habitaciones muy comodas. En general el personal es bien amable. Tuvimos una experiencia muy grata.

Creo que deben en definitiva mejorar la atención en el cafe del Hotel, en este lugar la atención fue diferente al resto del hotel, a continuación explico la razon: 1. No atienden en la mesa, unico lugar del hotel donde me paso, tuve que trasladar los cafes y postres comprados a la mesa, teniendo que ir y venir varias veces. Considero que el servicio podria prestarse a la mesa, mas si uno va a comprar varias cosas y no hay muchos clientes en el lugar y el valor pagado pareciera ameritar un servicio completo. 2. el cafe lo venden en taza de carton plastificado y con tapa de plastico. Siendo un cafe en el que uno se va sentar en el sitio a tomarselo y comer algo, deberian ofrecerlo en taza de cafe normal, no usando plastico. ya que: i) El cafe en esas tazas no sabe igual, el sabor se afecta con el plastico y ii) esta practica fomenta el uso del plastico sin sentido, mas en una ciudad que se muestra al mundo por su diversidad y cuidado del medio ambiente ( Rio y Costa). 3. Las bebidas frias tambien las sirven en plastico, la sugerencia es nuvamente intentar reducir el uso del plastico. Es un lugar donde creo qeu podria lorarse facil la reducción del plastico.

El desayuno muy bueno, el área de pa piscina me encantó, la atención del personal y lo limpio de la habitación donde me hospedamos.

La comida que pedí en el bar de la piscina, la espere como 20 minutos y llego fría, la famosa tienda de regalos que tienen que nunca abrió.
