The hotel is dated. There were no washcloths, the towels were thin and rough and the general condition of the room was worn down. The rooms look into a lit part of the airport lobby through oddly small windows (even if you book an upgraded "runway" view), so the effect is looking into a courtyard rather than looking outside. The location is great (inside the terminal), but next time I would book a different hotel even if it meant a few extra minutes walk to my flight.

We arrived at 15:00 when the desk was not busy. A friendly clerk checked us in and answered questions about nearby shopping. Out keys didn’t seem to work so I got new keys. Those didn’t seem to work either so I got the clerk to check the door. The door needed to be pulled while turning the door knob to gain entry. Not a big deal when you don’t have a month’s worth of luggage to handle at the same time. Then we put our passports in the safe which was on the floor level of the bed side table. It failed to open and various staff attempted to use their limited tools to open it for the next 3 hours. We had to call a neighboring Radisson to get support.

Do you have a flight leaving in the early morning? Why not stay at the airport Raddison the night before so you are at the gate early? Have a flight coming in late? Why not stat at the airport Raddison that night before you move on to your final destination?

Located very close to the international terminal 5 on Arlanda Airport. Easy to bring even a lot of luggage for check in. Very close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

There are no signs in the airport directing one to the hotel. Who knows what "Sky City" is? We asked a cab driver who, for $80, drove us 5 minutes to the other Radisson. Waited in line to check in, then told we were in the wrong place. We wasted probably an hour, and we were only there to sleep overnight and catch a plane in the morning. The facilities were fine, but seems like you could be much clearer with the signage in the airport.
