Elan Hotel

Hôtel dans une zone commerciale . A l’arrivée on nous donne une chambre une personne alors que nous étions un couple. Après de longues discussions nous obtenons une chambre sans clé d’accès et sans lumière dans la salle de bains. Couette d’été une personne alors que nous étions en couple . Abords très mal entretenu. Chambre bruyante vue sur autoroute Petit déjeuner trop simple .

The room was very hot and did not have air conditioning so we opened the window but did not feel safe leaving it open overnight since we wer on the ground floor. The hitel did nit have a fan available so they moved us to a room on the third floor so that we could at keast open the window. It was still very uncomfortable. Also the bed was very small, barely large enough for two people and only had one pillow even though i specified that we were 2 people.

Needs a lots of improvement.

Hôtel sympathique et chambre très jolie avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Tout était parfait, je recommande !

The beds were terrible. There is space for barely one person in the bed that is supposed accommodate 2 and the mattresses are so poor quality that you can even feel the springs beneath you. The staff was helpful in providing extra amenities

Toilet had a problem but was sorted quickly.. polite staff , good service
