"The power went out & they couldn’t get the correct key card so I was overcharged for a smaller room"

The power went out & they didn’t have the correct key card so I was overcharged for a smaller room. Also the door would not fully shut unless you really pressed it closed and was not well maintained. I never got reimbursed for the size difference or any upgrades/ offers.

"It meet all my needs and I’m going to stay again in September."

Room amenities. Staff. Cleanliness including pool and spa. No scary guests walking around. I was sure what to expect at such a great rate.

Breakfast could have been better although I don’t eat cereal. Maybe a piece of fruit but I guess it’s expensive especially for the great rate.

Everything.Got hot water shower in the morning. They had hot tub and heated swimming pool. Friendly staff. Coffee was great. Really enjoyed my stay at there
