Toilet ran all night….bed up against the air conditioner….so you physically couldn’t get to one side of bed to get in. Screw hanging out of light fixture. Shoes actually stuck to the floor in bathroom. Room had a bad odor…..bad! Beyond not happy.

Our stay was not up to par. Rather than go into details that would reflect poorly on the hotel, I will say that I spoke with the general manager in the morning and explained what happened during our stay. She was appalled and did everything in her power to make things right. From her comments, I gather that our stay was not up to her standards for the property either. In my view, she went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you!

The room was not cleaned suffiently. Left over trash and towels. For the price of the room, the only thing great was the river that flowed behind the property.

Property was very dated and smelled of smoke, everyone just went outside door to smoke. Rented as a kitchenette, but had NO dishes, pans, silver, ABSOLUTELY nothing! Was told u could purchase them?? Who does this while traveling? Very dissappointed with this. Staff were amazing, especially Mayo and DeDe! Ty Gerri

Location was great and convenient

Booked for the 24-hr access to the hot tub. As luck would have it, it was closed for that day going into the next.

Big room and comfortable

Had a kitchenette but no cooking equipment, plates, knives etc. Apparently you had to provide your own which was strange. So if you stay there take all your own cooking stuff.

This place is terrible, they have a stove top but nothing to cook with. They didn’t have enough towels after we had to ask on our third day. We had to call the police due to people fighting in the hall way. Do not go there!!

Decent and inexpensive

I stayed here in Sept, it was better. I did not get a disability room no breakfast no internet The General manager Cindy said she would do something for me, but NOTHING. Its the worst ever the only two people who were great was Mayo and Virginia. I made sure I told all my family who lives in Idaho Falls to avoid this PLACE. I hope I get an answer but I doubt it.If I got the room
