King Suite ocean front view had a nice private deck. A very comfortable bed. Not as noisy as we had thought it was going to be by the highway at night. Customer service on site was outstanding. For an older hotel it was clean and everything worked. Highly recommend

The staff was nice

The rooms we asked and paid for was 1 king bed room and a room with 2 standard beds. We got a double bed the size of a closet and 2 king beds instead of standard. The room smelled bad. Cracks in the floor in the bathroom and you couldn't shut the bathroom door without stepping one foot into the tub to shut the door. The rooms definitely didn't match the pictures and it's definitely not a 8.2 rating. Can't sleep due to wondering if someone was going to break into the room or not. Extremely displeased and if I could've left I would've but the family was tired been on a long drive to get here. I would like to get a full refund because what was presented was not what we got or paid for in advance. The iron is rusted.

We like that it was across from the water and not too far from things in town to do

Well, I’m gonna be realistic. It’s old. I think they’ve tried to update the insides as best they can but anytime there’s anything across from the water you’re gonna have issues so it’s an OK property but for the price I’d look elsewhere. We paid over $300 and it was an OK stay something was wrong with the elevator that would take us to the area we needed to go to, and so we had to walk upstairs and lug our luggage and I had a elderly mother with me so that was an issue, but not that big of a deal we made it work.

What a wonderful location, great staff! If you're looking for a place to bring the family, this is it. DJ at the front desk has the best personality! Sleep sweetly to the sound of crashing waves, paradise.
