Nothing stands out but that's what you get with 2☆ hotel

Poor room layout. Had to move coffee machine to bedside because no plug socket where it was located. Breakfast wasn't anything special either even though free. Security deposit well above the price for most hotels. Always paid maximum of $100 but these want $250. Thats more than the cost of my room which is ridiculous

Breakfast was really good and the location was very nice,close enough to the airport, considering the snowstorm on the day. Airport shuttle service was a lifesaver for pickup after a 27-hour trip.

Toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush.

The beds are too high, had to crawl in turn around to sit, as there is only one chair in the room, with two people in the room.

There wasn’t anything to assist a handicapped person to their room. The person at the front desk said that as we are members of CAA we would have a discount, it didn’t happen, we were quite a price of $179. Inc. taxes and we paid approx 185. In. Taxes…?.?? Further more, 9:30 am is far too early to close the breakfast room, most motel/hotels serve until 11am..

The three staff members I met were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just overall nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was perfect, which is a big deal for me. I drink black decaf coffee and it was very good, love the machine.

Scrambled eggs would have been a much better choice than the breakfast burrito.

location to airport was very handy and the shuttle was late and they called me a cab and gave me a voucher

I was surprised there was no elevator but the front desk on check in did offer to take my bags up the stairs for me.
