Ma réclamation n'a pas été traitée ; on regardait la tv mais soudainement les chaînes n'étaient plus accessibles ; malgré notre réclamation faite a la réceptionniste le soir ; cette dernière n'a fait aucun effort pour régler le problème ni fait le suivi pour assurer notre satisfaction qui est son rôle principal
