Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Several accommodations for accessibility- grab bars, tub chair, first floor option, disability parking close to our room, access to our room through lobby or directly into our room from parking spot. Friendly helpful staff.

Higher toilet and step in shower which staff saud were on the list for upcoming renovations. 😊

Clean. Location is good, couple staffs exhibited good customer service, easy check out

Not worth the money. Renovation going on in the near by rooms and we had to walk past it .there were construction workers ,noice and dust from the reno

"Stayed in May and it was wonderful - stayed in October and it was not great even though a lot of the staff was the same."

Location and price.

Breakfast was pretty much non existent....what little food was there was usually cold even though it should have been plentiful and hot - waffle batter was usually gone and one morning when we arrived to the breakfast area within 15 minutes of closing all there was to eat was toast and the staff was completely unapologetic! Another morning we were rushed out of the area only to see staff members and their families eating what was left. The guys doing the renovations seemed to be eating a lot of the food as well...Sometimes the coffee machine in the lobby didn't work and the orange juice dispenser was out of order. At least sometimes the lemon water dispenser worked....
