"Didn't stay and will never use Comfort Inn again. Ever."

Nothing.

I arrived at 8:30 p.m., having been on the road since 8 in the morning. Long day. When I went into Comfort Inn Dryden to register I was told that they had had a problem with my credit card and when they called to speak to me the person who answered the phone told them they had the wrong number. Of course I had my phone with me in the car all day. I did not receive a call from them at all. I asked what number they had on file for me they gave me my number. I told them to call it. Low and behold my phone rang showing their number. I asked if my reservation was still good, they said no, they had given the room to someone else! My daughter and I tried every other motel in Dryden. All were booked. In fact when I booked through Booking.com the Comfort Inn only had 1 available room, and that was the one I booked! We had to drive another hour to find a room. One that was over 100% less money and was clean with very nice PROFESSIONAL staff, who didn't sell your booked room to someone else for more $$. I say this because one of the hotels I contacted, when telling them of our experience at the Comfort Inn, told me his son had worked at the CI and apparently this is quite a common occurrence.

Cost way too much. How does a room cost over $350 a night there. Don’t make sense to me.
