"The room was cold 🥶 customer service was not great because unable to give me the receipt once I check out"

It was clean and bed bug free

There was a lot of cold draft from the window and made our to stable the heat. Secondly, Front desk lady did not want to give me the receipt she said I booked it at booking.com & third party also stated unable to give you the receipt so ask booking.com to give you the receipt.

I always receive a paper invoice after my stay even though I booked through Booking.com.. this time the girl at reception told me I couldn't have one?? Why after getting one for a couple years then a firm no??
