Good location for access to work site I was attending

Then.front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself needs an upgrade. It had an odd smell to it when you first walked in, carpets were stained, and the beds were small (double) and very hard. It didn't seem like there was much soundproofing as you could hear the TV and people talking from other rooms. The guests that stayed next to us and across the hall kept banging their doors until I finally called the front desk. The staff did come up and talk to them, and they were quiet for a few hours until they started putting their empty cans back into the hallway.

Was clean. No daily room cleaning when staying longer than 1 night.

Very clean

Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, smokers are allowed to smoke directly outside their patio doors which allows smoke to enter into the room through the doors. This leaves a slight smoky scent to the room. There is a can for butts outside, yet people still throw them on the ground. The hotel tries to accommodate people but some just don't get it.
