The guy who received me on checkin. He was very polite and helpful.

The sheets were not changed between guest. I saw hair on the sheets from previous guest and in the bathroom as well. Two of the pillows was smelling sweaty and I had to push it aside. The breakfast staff picked a fallen cup from the floor and put it with clean cups, she does not have friendly disposition to guest and the reception lady on departure is not accomodating.
