Comfort Inn Pembroke

The room was very clean, and there was a decent breakfast included in the price.

The beds were very small, certainly not queen size. However, the worse problem was the length. They were too short and our feet were hanging in the air. We are tall, but not so tall to have that problem in other hotels. We couldn't sleep properly because of that. There was also a very strong smell of cigarettes, coming from the bathroom ventilation. The entire place was a non-smoking facility. Probably some guests were not following that rule, but it is concerning that no fire alarm started because of the smoking. We were not impressed by the service at the reception desk either.

Good breakfast with ample options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

The internet worked well and the staff were friendly. However, other guests who were staying in the first floor when we arrived left all there food and drinks on the floor outside.

Our room was clean, and comfortable, could have better pillows. Even there was 2 per person, they were very soft and felt like one.

Not much. Room was okay, TV poor and no guide.

No elevator to second floor with heavy suitcases. Woefully inadequate facilities for breakfast - no seats, line up for breakfast, no eggs, bacon or sausage until 30 minutes after coming down.
