We hardly had any sleep due to the noisy building (slamming of the outside building door) and the very hard/uncomfortable beds. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was unbearably load, so keeping that on was not an option. We also really disliked the disposable plates and cutlery in the breakfast lounge. So much waste and what's wrong with doing a few dishes.

there were 10 rooms of Australians were very noisy every night all night even in morning loud singing couldn't sleep we complained but they still opened shut doors continus
