"Okay, except for the water hazard in the bathroom"

The room was clean, warm and modern.

I didn't like: - the limited selection of in-room coffee - the limited selection of television options (no Netflix, no YouTube, no option to mirror my device to the tv) - the limited options for breakfast (cold cereal/oatmeal, toast, pancakes, but no hot options like eggs, sausage/bacon, or hash browns) - the bath tub is dangerously slippery; my girlfriend slipped and fell in the tub, striking her forehead against the side of the tub - the lack of concern from the front desk staff when I mentioned it at checkout; the clerk never apologized or even asked if she was okay; he just said that they'd had other complaints and were "thinking of putting no-slip mats in the bathroom vanities".
