No coffee for the in room coffee maker. Bed is on a metal support that “clangs” every time you get on/off the bed. Room make up is only every 2-3 days which they said is posted on the mirror -no -not posted in our room. They started renovations on the lobby the second day of our 4 day stay. I have asthma and had difficulty with my breathing. They refused to refund our next nights stay so we could check out. We are not financially prepared to pay a night at another hotel. Horrible. Do not stay here

I don’t say this lightly, but this hotel’s staff—while understandably cautious about my initial assertion of my Thomas being a properly documented service dog for my disabilities given nowadays some folks indeed conveniently claiming this status for their pet dogs even though they can’t substantiate it—upon me producing medical attestation, have diligently and compassionately provisioned accommodations to us. So kudos for that and Thomas has been able to relax a bit so thanks for your understanding and support.

Room was clean, newly renovated and with beautiful amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection. Staff were friendly and kind.
