I got my room for put my stuff at 3:45 pm and when I was enter , hotel staff was cleaning room. I have to put my luggage and get out for cleaning

Bad smell in room, room not get on time . Before I check out some one through bill in front of door which is very unprofessional.

Friendly and helpful staff - the 2 ladies on reception on day of our arrival (Isobel & Jean?) were very knowledgeable of the area which helped us immensely. Plenty of parking space. Free tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast basic but fine. Room comfortable.
