Nice hotel to stop along the highway. Good breakfast.

1- Cleanliness of the room is superb. They cleaned my room and made the bed every day without asking good 👏 2- Free breakfast 3- Free Parking 👍 4- Good safety& security 👏 👍

1- Squeaky sounds of all room doors when opening and closing . Every time someone opens his room door in the middle of the night, the door smacks, and I wake up (the sound insulation is not good ) 2- Same breakfast every day without any change

Room was very clean so was the lobby. Staff was very friendly but room did have a lingering cigarette smell which i had to spray my perfume and open the window

Excellent self serve breakfast. food was fresh and perfectly cooked. When we arrived, we were told our room was on the second floor. My wife is handicapped. When I asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the day manager was very courteous and gave us a first floor room. Thank you Comfort Inn Windsor.

Internet didn't allow the login, was a bit disappointed with that. I didn't complain as it was late & was tired. Bed was very comfortable & appreciated clean room. Staff were so friendly. Will stay again in the future.

The staff was excellent in dealing with the issues we had. There was a loud group of young men as part of a marketing team staying there with no chaperone. They would leave at 10pm, get drunk, and come back at 3-4am talking in the halls, slamming doors, playing loud music. Apparently they were trying to get into the wrong rooms and were vomiting in the hallways. These people should have been immediately removed from the premises. We were offered a discount for our trouble which we appreciated
