The room and facilities are good. Clean. Good breakfast.

There were several rooms that were together. There was constant doors slamming and people in the hallways. Extremely loud, all night long. I first called the main desk at 11:00 to complain and was told it would be dealt with, I called again at 12:00 and there was no answer. At 2:00am my husband went out and asked them to be quiet. At 4:00am I actually lost my cool, and yelled at them and the noise finally stopped. My husband, daughter and I got absolutely no sleep the entire night, we had to get up for 6:00am. They should have been told to be quiet, or to leave. The problem was not dealt with, I'm sure we were not the only people affected by the noise.

I’ve been to this property before. It’s decent. The rooms are updated.

I was a bit annoyed that when I checked in I asked if there was a ground floor room, to which front desk responded that because I booked on booking that I could not get a ground floor. I would have paid the difference but it wasn’t even an option given.
