Enjoyed the blackout curtains, the air was cool enough. The shower pressure was fabulous. The bed was a little too hard and very creepy. The tv service was the worst we saw, not much to choose from. Breakfast was very much appreciated.

The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The hotel overall was clean, conveniently located and safe. Good value for the money.

We stayed one night on our way to the states. The room was clean and beds comfortable! Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good variety. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family and stay here if an opportunity presents in the future

This hotel even though older has been maintained well. The facility is clean and offers good comfort. The breakfast was very good with sufficient options. The staff were all attentive and very friendly.

Firstly when I called the hotel directly to see if they had a senior's room rate I was told emphatically there was only one room with two beds left on the ground floor and the best price was $179. Online was showing five available rooms on the ground floor with two beds at a rate of $139. The front desk clerk said impossible! Asked about a recommended Italian restaurant when we arrived and where simply given a brochure of various restaurants (lots of East Indian). Your clerk had no idea of the restaurants in the area. The room had no amenities --- no bottles of body lotion, shampoo, etc. Bed was hard, nice pillows. The towels were very rough! Breakfast was crummy. Dried up oranges, no bananas and no bagels. During my working career I traveled regularly and this hotel is not up to par with what I have experienced. I lived in Windsor for twenty years and was back in town for a funeral. This hotel was not the same. Was disappointed.

At first when arriving snd opening the room door it had a very bad smell..After opening up the window to vent out the musty odor, it was ok.
