Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner. Il y avait des restaurants à proximité. Prix abordable. Décor de la chambre au goût du jour. Stationnement disponible. Toujours quelqu'un à la réception.

Un des lits n'était absolument pas confortable. Nous avons dû demander pour changer de chambre. Dans l'autre chambre, la climatisation n'était pas fonctionnelle. Présence d'un chien qui jappe dans une chambre avoisinante.

"DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Obnoxious staff, smelly, they don't clean the room, and LIE!"

Everything. - RUDE reception staff and manager - refused early check-in - bathroom smells like URINE - didn't clean the room and then gave all sorts of contradictory excuses about why - LIARS - they agreed to a refund through booking.com but then did not issue it and refused to honour the refund confirmation email afterwards
