The staff at the front desk, Especially Mrs. Gail was amazing. She was able to assist with all questions and when confronted with the one issue, was extremely apologetic.

I had to add a night and was instructed to come down Friday morning to check out and check back in. I completed this task (Friday Morning) and my buddy was taking a nap and was rudely awaken by a house cleaning staff accusing him of not checking out and back in. He had to call me to clear it up. This did cost him a nap. When I approached Mrs. Gail at the front desk about this she was very apologetic and understanding for my frustration. She did an amazing job keeping her composure and smiled throughout. Very Pleasant and wish she worked at every hotel I visit.

Great central location within a short walk of the Arch abd river. Lots of Great restaurants within walking distance too!

Location and indoor parking

If you like your powdered eggs with a dose of chlorine, this is the hotel for you! The so-called cabanas are weird little rooms that border on somebody else's space and the whole central courtyard is split into two ungainly sections.
