Clerk at the front desk was very nice. Rooms need some maintenence. Paint chipping by front door. Bedding covers had a stain on them.
Amazing stuff definitely gonna stay here again
This stay was horrible, got to my room and the door was open. I stay for a single night, upon leaving I untuck covers from the side I didn’t sleep on only to discover what looks like a blood stain on the duvet. One of the towels was dirty or possible stained. I mentioned it to check out and he said we will look into it.

I was good. I just needed a location in Des Moines/ Ankeny from which to run a couple of errands. It served the purpose. A clean room, a good bed, wifi and pet friendly is all I require.
House keeping never refilled the coffee in the room . The bed sheets had old blood stains on them. There was blood stains on the window covering and on the floor .
The beddings were duty, the sink, as well as the bath
Lock to door didnt work, got it fixed on arrival. Toilet leaked on floor! Attempted to tell staff but nobody there at checkout. Had to go to Casey's across the street to use toilet.
The staf was very accommodating amd friendly. The hotel was gloomy on outside but rooms were updated and quiet.
